Life can feel overwhelming, especially when facing major life transitions, navigating challenges like family conflict or finding peace as you age gracefully. These deeply personal moments can feel isolating, but you don’t have to face them alone. Whether you’re experiencing midlife shifts, adjusting to retirement, or working through the emptiness that follows children leaving home, I am here to walk with you.
With over 30 years of experience supporting individuals and families, my approach is rooted in understanding how early and intergenerational experiences shape our lives. In our sessions, you’ll find a foundation of empathy, practical guidance, and meaningful support. Together, we’ll uncover unhelpful patterns, set achievable goals, and build tools for healing in a safe, judgment-free space where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions. With each step, you’ll gain resilience, moving forward in alignment with your values.
Your journey is uniquely yours, and investing in yourself at this stage is a powerful commitment to a fulfilling future. Let’s build a path forward that celebrates your strengths, your story, and your vision for a purposeful life.

Trying to hold everything together on your own can feel overwhelming, like you’re constantly running from one role to the next and never fully catching your breath. Maybe you’re a teen managing school pressure, a partner struggling to feel heard, a parent balancing family needs with your own, or someone carrying the weight of past trauma. I understand how exhausting it can be to carry these invisible burdens while still showing up for others.
I bring over 18 years of clinical experience supporting children, adults, and families in the mental health sector, leading community programs, and advocating for those navigating complex systems. Through this, I’ve developed a deep understanding of lived realities, and bring a lens of cultural awareness in creating a space that feels safe and non-judgmental. Therapy with me is a collaborative process built on trust, because I believe healing starts when we feel truly seen and understood. Together, we might use conversation, creative strategies like art or metaphor, or practical coping tools that can be applied outside the therapy room.
I believe that when we witness our own strengths, we can find hope in situations that once felt overwhelming and move forward with a renewed sense of resilience. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start: taking the first step is enough, and even small steps forward can lead to meaningful change.

Intense emotions can feel overwhelming, leaving us flooded with anger or sadness, or sometimes feeling completely numb. These reactions can bring guilt or a sense of being stuck, as if past experiences are holding you back from being the person you want to be. Whether you’re navigating challenges on your own or in a relationship, you might not yet have the tools to make sense of it all. I understand how difficult this can be, but I don’t believe you are broken; I see someone who has been hurt and is in need of care.
In my work across crisis environments and community settings, I have experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. Therapy with me is collaborative and rooted in the belief that you already hold the capacity for healing, and that emotions, even the challenging ones, carry important messages. I provide a nonjudgmental space to explore the parts of you that are hurting, the parts that protect, and the parts that long for change. Together, we’ll develop insight, recognize your strengths, and co-create a clear path toward growth and resilience.
When our emotional world no longer feels like something to fear or suppress, we can begin to experience greater clarity and confidence in our relationships and within ourselves. I am here for you when you’re ready and would love to support you in stepping back into alignment with the life you want to live.

Navigating life transitions can be challenging, especially when managing health, relationships, and self-worth. Many young people face difficulties communicating their needs, connecting with peers, and coping with performance pressure in sports and their careers. I believe in the power of the gray area between challenges that might first appear black and white - seeing multiple truths is one of my superpowers.
With over a decade of experience working in the mental health field, my expertise includes working with adolescents and a background as a former national athlete. This unique perspective informs a practice that integrates psychological insights into performance and well-being.
In our sessions, we’ll engage in mindfulness activities and explore new perspectives, creating a supportive and non-judgemental environment. It’s a collaborative journey where I’m here to support you, providing warmth and encouragement.
I’ve seen clients transform their lives, gain independence, improve family communication, and overcome anxiety. I believe in your capacity for change; even a small shift can lead to significant growth. If you got on a flight and the coordinates changed by one degree, you would end up in a completely different place… Imagine where that one degree of change could take you.

NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

I am fascinated by human connection and the ways that our relationships, to parts of ourselves and others, act as a gate way for healing and transformation. My own greatest lessons have come from experiences that have deeply moved me and expanded me into connection with bodymind and parts of my self - sometimes when it felt like there was no other choice.
I believe that true healing is something that happens within each of us, in our own way. Through deepening our connection with the waves of our emotions and the present moment information from our bodies, we embark on a journey inwards into the deeper consciousness and wisdom of our bodymind. I often describe myself as a facilitator who accompanies you on this journey where together we observe what is present and find ways to safely move through what arises.
Maybe it’s your first time looking for support or maybe you’ve been down this path a few times already. I know that this process can be vulnerable and I invite you to show up exactly as you are and know that all parts of you are welcome. It is such an honour to walk this path with each person who walks through my door and from the bottom of my heart, thank you for choosing to trust me in this process.

Relationships are complex, and when they’ve been intertwined with pain or trauma, it can be especially challenging to find clarity. Many of the couples I support are stuck in cycles of disconnection where fears manifest in arguments, shutdowns, or the overwhelming feeling of needing to escape. I also work with individuals recovering from abusive relationships, as well as those carrying the weight of childhood trauma, grief, or loss. My goal is always to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and deeply respected.
In addition to my professional training, I bring lived experience navigating the complexities of relationships and family life. I understand how difficult it can be to decide whether to continue rebuilding or to start the process of letting go. I’m not here to direct; I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion, always honouring your unique journey and inner wisdom.
Through our work together, my hope is that you’ll begin to approach challenges from a place of steadiness instead of overwhelm. I want you to feel proud of the work you’ve done, knowing that the progress you’ve made comes from your own strength, insight, and commitment to healing.
