I understand how perfectionism, self-criticism, and feelings of inadequacy can shape your life, making it hard to enjoy your achievements or move forward with confidence. With over half a decade of experience supporting adults through trauma, life transitions, and emotional challenges, I’ve seen how these struggles can hold you back and make daily life feel overwhelming.
I believe healing begins by softening the harsh expectations we place on ourselves and learning to embrace self-compassion. My approach is rooted in empathy and tailored to your needs, using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, compassionate inquiry, and narrative therapy. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, and work toward building a healthier relationship with yourself.
Many of my clients have found that, through our work, they experience less negative self-talk, greater self-acceptance, and the ability to set realistic goals. This shift opens the door to genuine growth and fulfillment, helping them live more authentically.

I believe that we all come to our present selves with inherent strengths and coping abilities shaped by our lived experiences. Sometimes we just need someone to help us rediscover these strengths and enhance our coping skills.
Therapy doesn’t have to be scary or daunting. I work from a strengths-based perspective, focusing on what we do well and strategies to enhance existing skills. Most of us can benefit in multiple areas of our lives by working on self-esteem and self-care. Helping you choose how to write your story is meaningful work that I am honoured to do with you.

I am fascinated by human connection and the ways that our relationships, to parts of ourselves and others, act as a gate way for healing and transformation. My own greatest lessons have come from experiences that have deeply moved me and expanded me into connection with bodymind and parts of my self - sometimes when it felt like there was no other choice.
I believe that true healing is something that happens within each of us, in our own way. Through deepening our connection with the waves of our emotions and the present moment information from our bodies, we embark on a journey inwards into the deeper consciousness and wisdom of our bodymind. I often describe myself as a facilitator who accompanies you on this journey where together we observe what is present and find ways to safely move through what arises.
Maybe it’s your first time looking for support or maybe you’ve been down this path a few times already. I know that this process can be vulnerable and I invite you to show up exactly as you are and know that all parts of you are welcome. As a therapist, I encourage my clients to explore and understand their feelings in a judgment-free and culturally sensitive space. In this space, clients can learn about themselves and understand how their past experiences are connected to their current emotions. Utilizing a collaborative, strength-based therapeutic approach, supported by evidence-based practices, I help my clients take charge by setting achievable goals for themselves.
